What type of Payment do you take?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash, venmo, paypal or cashapp. We do not take apple pay at the moment.
Will be appointment be canceled due to bad weather?
In the event of snow, high winds, lightning storms or other dangerous weather, your appointment may be canceled. Your deposit will be refunded or transferred to another appointment date.
What if my dog has anxiety or bites?
Dogs with any type of behavioral issues must be booked with Mary only. Muzzles may be used if absolutely necessary.
Will you do nail trims only?
Yes we will stop by for nail trims only. They are $25 and includes both clipping and filing. Although encouraged, you do not need to schedule ahead.
What days are open for grooming appointments?
We are available for mobile Sundays, Monday’s and Thursdays only.
For Block Island, In the event the ferry does not run, appointments will have to be rescheduled.
Will my deposit be returned if I have to cancel my appointment?
Deposits will be returned as long as your appointment is canceled within 72 hours notice. Less than 72 hours - your deposit will not be returned as it is usually too late to fill your spot.
